Confined Space Training

The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 places a responsibility on employers for ensuring the safety of their employees and others. With respect to confined spaces, this responsibility is reinforced by The Confined Spaces Regulations 1997. In common with other regulations, the Confined Space Regulations 1997 places a number of duties onto the responsible persons.  These include: requirements in relation to justifying the need to enter the confined space, managing the systems of work, risk assessment and adequate safety and control measures. As ever, the key measures include:  training and competency.

Rapier offer a consultancy  and planning service, so you can be confident about the work you are planning.  Rapier offer training for operatives, along with an emergency rescue course.
