The FRACS UKAS scheme is administered by Warrington Fire (Exova), in conjunction with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. It is the only third party scheme with full accreditation by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. It is the only scheme that undertakes objective testing of consultants, using a battery of realistic tests and scenarios, followed by interview. It is the UK official benchmark of competence in the field of Fire Risk Assessment.
