People with responsibility for Health & Safety face a bewildering range of areas with which they need to demonstrate compliance, no matter with which sector of industry or commerce your company is involved. The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 lays a number of duties upon the responsible person, or duty holder of any company employing 5 or more persons.  Smaller companies and individuals are not exempt from Health & Safety requirements, but are excused some of the record keeping requirements…confused yet?
